I have several notes that my office reached out to you and that a refund was issued to you on 03/09/26 to resolve this payment issued. It looks like from the notes that your PA payment was in process when you moved to Ohio and that a full refund for the PA payment was issued to you. I would be happy to discuss this further with you to make sure your concerns are resolved."
